In South Africa, reclaimers divert approximately 90% of post-consumer packaging from landfills, yet they often lack the tools and recognition to scale their impact.

- Logistics & Data: Each Kang Force unit is equipped with a custom-built, GPS-enabled Unit (Trolley). This allows us to map recovery routes in real-time, providing the data needed to claim official Reclaimer Service Fees (RSF) under 2026 EPR regulations.

- Closing the Loop: We take high-grade materials diverted from landfills—verified by the Kang Smart-Gate—and manufacture them into 100% recycled stationery and learning equipment.
- Educational Equity: These "Tools" are distributed to under-resourced schools across South Africa. This includes standard geometry sets, rulers, and specialized ergonomic equipment for learners with disabilities, ensuring every child has the resources to succeed.
