Kang Force
Reclaimer Professionalization.
In response to the 2026 National Waste Management Strategy (NWMS), Kang Force was established to shift informal reclaimers from "invisible" laborers to professional Environmental Technicians. We provide specialized training, ergonomic PPE, and GPS-enabled logistical units (trolleys) that digitize collection routes. By formalizing their status, we enable reclaimers to qualify for official Reclaimer Service Fees (RSF), ensuring their critical role in the circular economy is both recognized and fairly compensated.

Tools for Trash
Landfill Diversion & Social Equity.
Tools for Trash bridges the gap between environmental responsibility and social necessity by ensuring diverted waste serves as a catalyst for education. Every tonne of waste prevented from reaching South Africa's overflowing landfills is transformed into high-quality geometry sets and learning aids. This initiative prioritizes under-resourced schools, delivering 100% recycled equipment—including ergonomic tools for disabled learners—to provide immediate social equity from industrial waste streams.

Kang Stationery
Circular Manufacturing & Planet Preservation.
Kang Stationery operates at the intersection of advanced manufacturing and environmental stewardship, closing the material loop for corporate South Africa. By converting 100% post-consumer polymers and fiber into premium stationery, we significantly lower the carbon footprint associated with traditional plastic production. Our process provides partners with a tangible "Return on Environment," proving that sustainable manufacturing can preserve the planet while delivering superior educational tools.
Kang Smart-Gate
Tech-Enabled Compliance & Solutions.
The Kang Smart-Gate acts as the "digital gatekeeper" for the value chain, solving the industry’s critical lack of auditable data. Through IoT sensors and computer vision, it automates the tracking of waste by grade and location, providing producers and government officials with real-time, tamper-proof reporting. This system eliminates manual audit errors, streamlines SAWIS reporting, and offers evidence-based solutions for meeting the stringent 2026 Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) mandates.
